Yin, Restorative and Meditation

This class is an opportunity to rest, be still and bring you attention inward. This practice involves a series of long-held postures (3-10 minutes) that require little to no muscle engagement and are often supported by yoga props. On the physical level, this practice “exercises” our “yin tissues”- our tendons and ligaments - making them longer, thicker and stronger. On an energetic level, we open, energize and stimulate our meridians (energy channels), helping to prevent stagnation or deficiency. You will leave with a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation.
